Clarity Care Services offers a day choice programme in Thornlands. Our programme is covered by NDIS.
Areas of NDIS Support
The key areas of NDIS support we offer are:
- Providing Support Coordinator services to assist clients with accessing the NDIS.
- Assisted Travel Transport – transport to enable participation in community, social, economic and daily life activities.
- Daily Personal Activities – Support with tasks such as eating, dressing, bathing, assistance with medication.
- Daily Tasks Shared Living – Support developing life skills such as washing, cooking, cleaning.
- Participate in Community – Social Inclusion and participation, outings, gardening.
Allied Health Services
We have affiliated allied health professionals that can assist with all your allied health needs. Our affiliates can assist you with:

● Nutrition & Dietetics
● Physiotherapy
● Speech Therapy
This allows you to continue with your care plan whilst enjoying your day spent away from home. We also offer a place for care workers to continue their career or gain placement experience.
Animal Therapy
Spending time with animals can be a form of therapy for some people, and we invite you to try it with us.
We live and work on a large farm in the beautiful Thornlands region. This farmland allows us to keep different types of animal, all of whom have their own unique personalities and needs.
You can spend time with our dogs, chickens, horses, cows or the wild wallabies, feeding them, milking the cows, collecting eggs from the chickens or just watching them go about their day.
