At Clarity Care Services, person-centred support and care are embedded in our Mission and Values. Our dedicated team treats people with dignity, compassion and respect.
We are focussed on our clients’ wants and needs, and make sure you have an active hand in the creation and planning of the activities. We are also committed to social inclusion and partaking in community activities to assist those who would otherwise live a more isolated life due to their disabilities.
Our NDIS support coordinators will help you to follow or devise your step-by-step plan, and assist you in your transition to living more independently.
