In accordance with the NDIS framework, we have a way to record and manage complaints we receive and we make it easy for our participants to complain. We apply procedural fairness when managing a complaint and we have effective complaints management and resolution arrangements.

Clarity Care Services works to assist people to gain skills and self-empowerment through learning to look after themselves. We give people a community to come to, instead of being visited at home by care support workers then being left at home alone for the rest of the day.
